Did you know that Fred Meyer's has a Community Rewards Program that helps our Century Youth Football Association? If not, all you need to do is follow the steps below and Fred Meyers will donate annually to CYFA. 

How to Link your Fred Meyer’s digital account to Century Youth Football Association:

1. Sign in to your FM digital account.
2. Click on My Account, which is off of the Person Icon with your name located in the upper right corner (from FM website) and then select Community Rewards. From the App on your cell phone, click on the menu link (3 Lines in upper left corner) and select Rewards.
3. Select Change Organization.
4. In the Search Bar, type in ‘Century Youth Football Association’.
5. Then all you need to do is SHOP!

Did you know there is a way you can donate to Century Youth Football without the blue donation bags? (Note: this could be slightly different if starting from the mobile app and doing it from your phone.)

1. From the BottleDrop website; https://www.bottledropcenters.com/ login to your account.
2. Select For Individuals, and then choose Make Nonprofit Donations.
3. Click on Search Nonprofits.
4. In the Search bar type in Century, and hit Enter.
5. The various Century nonprofit options will appear, and “Century Youth Athletic Association” will likely be the first one to appear. If not, scroll through the list until you find it and select Learn more about Century Youth Athletic Association.
6. In the next screen, select Donate Now.
7. Enter the amount you wish to donate in the box, and select Donate Now.
8. You will receive an email that can be used for tax purposes.
9. That's it! You are done. Thank you for your donation. The entire CYF community THANKS YOU!

Century Youth Football program serves students who attend the Century High School feeder schools. Schools included:

• Brown Middle School
• Butternut Creek Elementary School
• Imlay Elementary School
• Indian Hills Elementary School
• Ladd Acres Elementary School
• Reedville Elementary School
• Tobias Elementary School

Tackle Football will require proof of school attendance. You can do so with a screenshot of the ID section on StudentVue/ParentVue. If your child does not attend one of these feeder schools and you prefer to register with the Century Youth Football program, a waiver request must be submitted. 

Physical Examination Form - This form will be turned in when you pick up your football equipment.  You will not be able to receive any equipment without this form. 

Here are the steps to upload your medical form to SportsEngine:

1. Click on upper right hand name (circle with your initials) icon, and select Account Settings.
2. Select Registrations on the left hand listing.
3. From there, choose the 2023 Player Registration link.
4. Scroll down to the Medical Release section, and click on the pencil icon to edit.
5. In the next screen, you should see the option to “Choose File”.
6. Click on “Choose File” and it will open up screen with the ability to select a file to upload.
7. Then click on “Save Registration Entry” option (Green button).
